Shipping Policy
This is our Shipping Policy 📦
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times displayed at checkout will be based on our standard processing time, plus the shipping time for your chosen postage service.
Our processing times may be affected by order volumes, and at busy times this may cause short delays to the processing of your order.
We cannot accept liability for any postal issues that are outside of our control, and once your order has been shipped, any potential further delays are outside of our control (for example postal strikes, missed deliveries/collections etc).
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- We offer a £2.99 flat rate Standard Shipping to the United Kingdom, with a 3-5 working day delivery timescale.
- We also offer a £4.99 flat rate Express Shipping to the United Kingdom, with a 1-2 working day delivery timescale.
- We also offer free standard shipping on any order that exceeds the value of £25.00. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
International Shipping
- At this time, we do not ship to any country outside of the United Kingdom.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination. Sirup Sweets Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@sirupsweets.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@sirupsweets.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
